At Ghar Ka Design, we strive to provide high-quality building materials, tiles, plywood, laminates, sanitaryware, hardware, home décor products, and professional design services. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we have established the following Refund & Exchange Policy.

Refund Policy

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, refunds will generally not be provided except under special circumstances.
  • If you believe you have received a defective product, damaged item, or there has been an error from our side, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Our team may request photographs, videos, invoices, or additional information to verify your claim.
  • Approved refunds will be processed after review and verification. Refund eligibility and refund amounts will be determined based on the specific circumstances of each case.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

  • If the product received is broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification purposes.
  • Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange wherever applicable.
  • If an incorrect product has been delivered, we will coordinate the return of the item and arrange delivery of the correct product.
  • Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or an approved refund.

Return & Shipping Conditions

  • Approved return requests will be provided with return instructions by our support team.
  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error, defective product, or wrong product delivery.
  • Returned items must be securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged due to improper handling may not qualify for return or exchange.

Design & Consultation Services

  • Fees paid for architectural planning, house design, interior design, 2D floor plans, 3D elevations, consultations, and custom design services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Any revision requests will be handled according to the selected package and project agreement.

Ghar Ka Design reserves the right to modify this Refund & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically before making a purchase or booking a service.
