Order Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation Timeframe

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement without any cancellation charges.
• Once the order has been processed, dispatched, customized, or specially ordered, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Custom architectural designs, interior design services, floor plans, 3D elevations, and consultations cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Kindly provide your order number and reason for cancellation for faster assistance.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Eligible prepaid orders cancelled within the permitted timeframe will receive a refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation by Ghar Ka Design

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:

• Product unavailability.
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors.
• Payment verification issues.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Unforeseen supply chain or delivery constraints.

If an order is cancelled by us, customers will be informed promptly via phone or email, and any eligible payment received will be refunded in full.

Partial Cancellation

• Partial order cancellations may be allowed depending on product availability and order status.
• Customers should contact our support team to check eligibility.
• Refunds for approved partial cancellations will be processed for the cancelled items only.
